Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Guapcoin Wallet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Guapcoin Wallet is a self-custody cryptocurrency wallet application for iOS that allows users to create, import, and manage Guapcoin (GUAP and GUAPX) wallets, send and receive transactions, view NFTs, manage .guap domain names, and interact with the Guapcoin blockchain ecosystem.

Self-Custody and User Responsibility

Guapcoin Wallet is a non-custodial (self-custody) wallet. This means:

• You — and only you — control your private keys and recovery phrase.
• We do not have access to your private keys, recovery phrase, or funds.
• We cannot recover your wallet, funds, or access if you lose your recovery phrase or password. There is no account recovery option.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase offline.
• You are solely responsible for all transactions made from your wallet.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the App
• Use the App in any jurisdiction where its use is prohibited
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, servers, or networks

Blockchain Transactions

All blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the Guapcoin network. You acknowledge that:

• Transactions cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded once broadcast
• You are responsible for verifying recipient addresses before sending
• Transaction fees (gas) may vary and are non-refundable
• Network congestion may affect transaction confirmation times

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guapcoin Wallet and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of access to your wallet.

Cryptocurrency Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency involves significant risk. The value of digital assets can fluctuate substantially and may result in total loss. Only use funds you can afford to lose and conduct your own research before making any financial decisions.

Intellectual Property

The Guapcoin Wallet app, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the property of its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
